About the Internship The Content Writing Intern will support the Content, Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, and Business Development teams in creating engaging and informative content for various digital platforms. This internship provides hands-on exposure to content research, blog writing, website content creation, SEO content optimization, copywriting, editing, and content strategy. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality content, improve digital presence, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to effective brand communication within a dynamic staffing and workforce solutions organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and create engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing SEO-friendly content aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and support content optimization activities.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Create captions, articles, newsletters, and promotional content as required.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify content opportunities.
- Maintain content calendars and track content performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop effective content strategies.
- Assist in updating website content and digital communication materials.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and quality standards.





Skills & Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
- Creative thinking with strong research skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content practices.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and online platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
