Position: Content Writer

Working Hours: 10am to 6.30pm

Working Days: Mon to Fri (Alt Sat Working)

Location: Kalighat - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging content for blogs, websites & social media platforms
- Create SEO-friendly digital content
- Develop captions, newsletters & promotional copy
- Proofread & edit content for accuracy & consistency
- Work closely with programme teams, designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to develop impactful digital content.
- Develop content for digital advocacy, awareness, fundraising, recruitment, and event promotion campaigns.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital content writing, copywriting, content marketing, or digital communications, preferably in the non-profit, development, CSR, healthcare, education, or social impact sector.

Required Skills

- Excellent content writing,



copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to create engaging, audience-centric content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information into explicit, compelling, and impactful content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content performance strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and collaborative project management tools.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar publishing platforms.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
