Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-first Content Strategist who can own creative strategy across the funnel- from hooks and scripts to launch messaging and optimization. This role requires deep collaboration with performance and revenue teams and a solid understanding of what makes content convert. This is not an execution-only role. The strategist is expected to drive creative direction, testing, and iteration based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Own content strategy for performance marketing across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), website, and CRM.

- Define hooks, scripts, and creative angles for ads across TOF, MOF, and BOF stages.

- Plan and evaluate video, static, UGC, and influencer-led performance creatives.

- Lead content planning for brand partnerships and influencer videos, ensuring performance alignment.





- Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, from brief creation to execution and output quality.

- Play a key role in new product launches, owning performance messaging, scripts, and creative frameworks.

- Analyse Meta Ads dashboards to identify winning and underperforming creatives.

- Share regular insights and recommendations based on creative performance and testing learnings.

- Work closely with designers, freelancers, and agencies to ensure speed, quality, and performance output.

- Plan and coordinate product and model shoots with clear performance objectives.

Requirements

- Experience creating and scaling performance-driven content for digital-first brands.

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives, hooks, and conversion-focused messaging.

- Proven exposure to influencer-led performance campaigns.

- Ability to read basic performance dashboards and derive actionable creative insights.

- Strategic mindset with strong execution ownership.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
