Content & Organic Growth ManagerSEO, AI Search, Social Media & Organic Growth

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 4–7 years

Company: NeuralSoft Private Limited (a21.ai)

About a21.ai a21.ai is an Agentic AI company helping enterprises design and deploy production-grade AI systems that automate complex workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.

We work across Agentic AI, Generative AI, enterprise search and RAG, intelligent document processing, AI-powered analytics, data engineering and cloud AI infrastructure.

Our customers and partners include enterprises, SaaS companies and technology ecosystems across the US, Middle East and India.

The Role

We are looking for a Content & Organic Growth Manager to own a21.ai's organic growth engine across content, SEO, AI search and social media . This is not a traditional content-manager role where success means publishing a certain number of blogs every month.

We want someone who combines the instincts of a strong B2B content marketer with the analytical and experimental mindset of a growth hacker .

You should be equally comfortable:

- turning a technical discussion with an AI engineer into a strong article;
- identifying high-intent keywords and content clusters;
- diagnosing why important pages are not being indexed or ranking;
- improving internal linking and site architecture;
- experimenting with landing pages and conversion paths;
- building AI-assisted content workflows;
- analysing Search Console and GA4;
- turning one technical insight into differentiated content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter and Instagram ;
- building and running a social content calendar across company and founder accounts;
- testing hooks, formats, posting cadence and distribution strategies by channel;
- analysing which social content actually drives relevant reach, followers, website traffic and leads;
- and figuring out how to make a21.ai appear in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI-driven discovery experiences.

You will own the system from: idea → research → content → publishing → SEO → social distribution → ranking/reach → conversion → measurement

What You Will Own1. Content Strategy & Production

Own the editorial and organic-content strategy for a21.ai.

Build content around topics such as:

- Agentic AI
- Generative AI
- Enterprise AI
- AI agents and multi-agent systems
- RAG and enterprise knowledge systems
- LLM evaluation, observability and guardrails
- AI governance and security
- Data and AI engineering
- AWS, Snowflake, Databricks and enterprise AI ecosystems
- Industry-specific AI use cases

Develop a mix of:
- technical blogs;
- opinion and thought-leadership pieces;
- solution and use-case pages;
- industry pages;
- technical guides;
- case studies;
- POVs and research-led content;
- landing pages;
- newsletters;
- founder content;
- social-native content.

Work with founders, engineers and subject-matter experts to extract differentiated insights rather than publishing generic AI content. You do not need to personally know every technical topic on day one, but you must be capable of understanding technical concepts, asking intelligent questions and turning SME knowledge into credible content.

1. Social Media — LinkedIn, X/Twitter & Instagram

Own a21.ai's organic social presence across:
- LinkedIn
- X / Twitter
- Instagram

LinkedIn will be the primary B2B channel, but you should understand that each platform requires a different content format and distribution strategy.

You will

- create and manage the social content calendar;
- publish consistently across company and founder accounts;

- develop channel-native content rather than copying the same post everywhere;
- turn technical articles and company insights into multiple social assets;
- write founder-led thought leadership;
- create short-form posts, threads, carousels, visual explainers, reels and other relevant formats;
- identify timely AI, cloud and enterprise-technology conversations a21.ai should participate in;
- monitor competitors, influencers, analysts, partners and industry conversations;
- engage intelligently with relevant accounts and communities;
- test hooks, formats, posting times, cadence and creative styles;
- track follower growth, reach, engagement, website traffic and conversions;
- identify which topics resonate with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, engineering leaders and other enterprise buyers.

A single robust idea should often become: Technical insight → blog → LinkedIn founder post → company LinkedIn post → X thread → short X posts → Instagram carousel → reel/video → newsletter → sales enablement asset

We are not looking for someone who simply schedules corporate posts. We want someone who understands social distribution as a growth channel .

1. SEO & Organic Growth

Own organic search as a measurable acquisition channel rather than treating SEO as keyword insertion. You should be comfortable with:
- keyword and search-intent research;
- topic and entity clustering;
- competitor and content-gap analysis;
- information architecture;
- internal linking;
- on-page SEO;
- crawlability and indexation;
- XML sitemaps and robots.txt;
- canonicalisation and redirects;
- duplicate and thin-content issues;
- schema / structured data;
- Core Web Vitals and page performance;
- content pruning, consolidation and refreshes;
- backlink and authority-building strategies;
- programmatic or templated SEO opportunities where appropriate.

Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / Semrush, Screaming Frog and related platforms to diagnose problems and identify opportunities. You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand technical SEO well enough to identify an issue, determine its likely cause and work effectively with developers to get it fixed.

1. AI Search / GEO / AEO

Search behaviour is changing, and we expect this role to think beyond traditional Google rankings. Build and continuously improve a21.ai's visibility across:
- Google AI experiences;
- ChatGPT;
- Perplexity;
- Gemini;
- other LLM and answer-engine discovery surfaces.

Experiment with:
- content structure;
- entities and topical authority;
- citations and references;
- structured data;
- FAQs;
- original research and data;
- expert attribution;
- comparison content;
- answer-oriented content;
- digital PR and third-party mentions.

1. Distribution & Audience Building

Build a repeatable distribution engine across:
- LinkedIn;
- X/Twitter;
- Instagram;
- newsletters;
- communities;
- relevant industry forums;
- founder networks;
- partner ecosystems;
- earned media and third-party publications.

Identify opportunities to amplify content through:
- AWS;
- Snowflake;
- Databricks;
- technology partners;
- customers;
- employees;
- founders;
- industry influencers.

Build owned audiences rather than relying entirely on search algorithms.
1. Growth Experiments & Conversion

Think beyond traffic and impressions.

Continuously experiment with

- CTAs;
- landing pages;
- lead magnets;
- gated vs ungated content;
- newsletter acquisition;
- content upgrades;
- page layouts;
- conversion paths;
- social-to-site journeys;
- topic prioritisation;
- distribution channels;
- content formats;
- social hooks and creative variations.

Understand how organic discovery eventually connects to qualified leads and pipeline .

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- 4–7 years of experience across content marketing, SEO, social media or organic growth.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, IT services, developer tools, cloud, data, cybersecurity, AI or another technical B2B category .
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Proven ability to create content for sophisticated B2B buyers.
- Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn and at least one of X/Twitter or Instagram .
- Strong understanding of social-media distribution, not just content creation.
- Solid understanding of Technical SEO
- Strong understanding of SEO beyond basic keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and analytics.
- Ability to interpret data and make decisions from it.
- Experience taking content from strategy through production and distribution.
- Experienced user of modern AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
- High degree of ownership and willingness to execute directly.

Strongly Preferred
- Experience growing organic acquisition at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with programmatic SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CMSs, schema and website architecture.
- Experience building workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs or lightweight scripting.
- Understanding of GEO / AEO / AI-search optimization.
- Experience growing founder-led LinkedIn or X accounts.
- Experience creating carousels, short-form video or visual technical content.
- Experience working closely with engineers or technical SMEs.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, cloud or data technologies.

You do not need to be a software engineer . But if manually repeating the same marketing process 50 times bothers you enough to automate it and if you can get engineers to build the automation, you are probably the kind of person we are looking for. How We Will Measure Success

We will not evaluate this role primarily on the number of blogs or social posts published.

We care about

- growth in qualified non-branded organic traffic;
- visibility for strategically important topics;
- organic leads and influenced pipeline;
- conversion rates from organic content;
- increasing topical authority in enterprise AI;
- visibility across traditional and AI-driven search;
- growth in relevant LinkedIn followers and reach;
- growth and engagement on X/Twitter and Instagram;
- social-driven website traffic and conversions;
- engagement from relevant enterprise audiences;
- growth of owned audiences;
- technical SEO health;
- content velocity;
- content reuse and distribution efficiency;
- speed and efficiency of the overall content operation.

What We Do Not Want This role is probably not right for you if your experience is primarily:
- creating generic AI-generated content at scale;
- managing freelance writers without creating content yourself;
- posting identical content across LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram;
- measuring success purely through likes/ traffic;
- depending on an SEO agency to identify every technical issue.

We are looking for someone who wants to build an organic growth machine across search, social and AI discovery , not simply manage a content calendar.
