We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on content creator & graphic designer who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of AI-powered creative tools.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief, concept, product, or campaign idea and turn it into high-quality social media content, reels, ad creatives, graphics, and short-form videos that are visually engaging and performance-orientated.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working across graphic design, video editing, content creation, social media trends, and generative AI tools. You should be able to independently conceptualise ideas, create content, edit videos, and continuously experiment with new AI tools and creative formats.

* ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

Develop reel concepts based on brand objectives, campaigns, products, offers, and current social media trends. Design high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

AI-Powered Content Creation:





Use AI tools extensively throughout the creative workflow to improve speed, quality, ideation, and scalability.

Generate and enhance images, videos, backgrounds, concepts, storyboards, scripts, voiceovers, and creative variations using AI.

Develop effective prompts for text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and generative design workflows.

Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify practical applications for marketing and advertising.

Use AI to create multiple creative concepts rapidly while maintaining brand consistency.

Combine AI-generated assets with skilled design and video-editing techniques rather than relying on raw AI outputs.

Understand AI limitations such as inaccurate text, inconsistent characters/products, unrealistic visuals, copyright considerations, and brand-safety issues.

Qualifications A bachelor's degree/diploma in graphic design, visual communication, animation, mass communication, advertising, or a related field is preferred.

1–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media content, video editing, advertising creatives
