Role Description The Content Creator will develop and execute engaging content that reflects Thea Living’s brand voice and visual identity across digital platforms. This full time, on-site role in Gurugram involves planning and producing and editing social media content, creating blog and campaign copy, and storytelling concepts.

The Content

Creator will capture and curate photo and video assets, maintain a consistent posting calendar,



and optimize content based on performance insights and audience feedback. The role also includes staying informed about trends in home and lifestyle, ensuring content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats and platforms.
- Experience in social media content creation, including short-form video, graphics, and visual storytelling for lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, such as SEO for content, audience engagement, and analytics-driven optimization.
- Familiarity with content planning tools and creative software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) for asset creation.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
