Role Description The Content Creator Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in planning and producing digital content such as social media posts, short articles, basic marketing copy, and visuals to support the academy’s programs and brand presence. Daily tasks may include drafting and revising content, brainstorming ideas with the marketing and training teams, scheduling posts, and helping maintain consistency in tone and messaging across platforms.

The intern will also support simple research on topics related to skill development and industry trends, and may help gather content performance metrics.



This role is designed to offer mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to learn the fundamentals of content creation in a professional setting.

Qualifications

- Interest in content creation with basic skills in writing clear, structured, and engaging text for digital platforms.
- Ability to perform simple online research to support content ideas and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and an understanding of how content drives engagement.
- Basic knowledge of design or multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing apps) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and willingness to accept and apply feedback.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members on-site in Bhubaneswar.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in any field related to communications, marketing, media, or other relevant disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn about digital content and industry-focused education.
