Job Summary -

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Content Creator specializing in on-site photoshoots to join our interior design team. In this role, you will visit ongoing project sites across Pune to capture high-quality photos and videos, documenting complete space transformations. Your content—especially before-and-after reels—will showcase our design expertise and drive client engagement across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- On-Site Content Capture: Visit active project sites in Pune to document progress, capturing high-resolution photos, raw footage, and dramatic "before and after" transformations.
- Reel & Video Production: Edit, curate, and produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) tailored for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Storytelling & Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and visual narratives for each project to help potential clients visualize our design process and final results.
- Content Scheduling: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage a consistent posting calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.




- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with interior designers and project managers on-site to understand design concepts, key features, and site timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Experience: 1 year of hands-on content creation experience (preferably within interior design, architecture, or real estate).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (InShot, CapCut, VN) or professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- On-Site Independence: Ability to direct and execute photoshoots independently on location with minimal supervision.
- Aesthetic Eye: Robust understanding of lighting, composition, visual framing, and current social media trends.
- Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel to various project sites within Pune.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
