About the Role

Adsego Future Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, experienced, and strategic Content Creator & Marketing Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and performance marketing, along with the ability to think creatively and develop current ideas.

This role involves coming up with fresh content concepts, innovative ideas, scripts, marketing strategies, and creative approaches across different industries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new and creative content ideas and concepts
- Create engaging scripts, storylines, and content plans
- Research current social media trends, formats, and marketing developments
- Develop innovative ideas for videos, campaigns, reels, and other content
- Understand client industries and develop relevant creative approaches
- Work closely with video editors, designers, performance marketers, and other team members
- Coordinate with the internal team to turn ideas into finished content
- Contribute ideas for performance marketing and digital growth




- Plan and organise content requirements across multiple projects
- Continuously explore new creative formats, tools, trends, and ideas

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Creative Strategy, or a related field
- Good understanding of social media and performance marketing
- Strong creative thinking and idea-generation skills
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Strong scripting and storytelling ability
- Ability to research, plan, and execute ideas independently
- Good team coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram are preferred
