Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for our EdTech brand. The candidate will be responsible for creating Reels, short-form videos, social media creatives, educational content, and promotional videos that effectively communicate our courses, training programs, student success stories, and brand message.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content.
- Develop creative content around education, technology, career opportunities, courses, and student experiences.
- Handle basic videography, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Create social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Develop scripts, captions, hooks, and creative concepts for videos.
- Follow current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to develop content ideas.
- Create content for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize content for audience engagement, reach, views, and conversions.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assigned content.




- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.

Required Skills
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of short-form video creation and editing.
- Basic knowledge of videography and cinematography.
- Proficiency in at least one professional video editing software.
- Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to write engaging scripts, captions, and social media copy.
- Awareness of current social media trends.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of Reels, videos, or social media content will be preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech, education, training, or digital marketing industry is an advantage.
