About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator who will become the face of our brand across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and digital branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Appear confidently on camera for Reels, Shorts, promotional and branding videos.
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and video concepts.
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design basic social media creatives, thumbnails and promotional graphics.
- Research current social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to create project and brand-focused content.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand voice, messaging and visual identity.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Natural and confident on-camera presence.




- Good command of Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Strong script-writing, storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Video shooting and editing experience.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Ability to independently take an idea from concept → script → shoot → edit → publish.

PreferredExperience in Real Estate, Tourism, Agriculture, Lifestyle, Digital Marketing or Branding will be an advantage. Ideal Candidate
