About the Role

Ayika Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and informative content that connects with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, scripts, captions, and social media copies.
- Plan and manage the content calendar.
- Research industry trends, relevant topics, and audience interests.
- Create short-form content including Reels, videos, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video teams to execute content ideas.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation,



social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and content-ideation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to research topics and convert information into simple and engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply.
