About the Role

We are looking for a Content Analyst to support content management and communication activities for the Railway Zone. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with teams deployed at the division level, collaborating with internal Railway Zone teams, and ensuring the timely flow and management of relevant content and information.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day content-related activities for the Railway Zone.
- Coordinate effectively with teams deployed across different divisions to collect, verify, organize, and communicate relevant information.
- Liaise with internal teams of the Railway Zone to understand content requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to communication guidelines.
- Assist in developing content for social media, digital platforms, reports, campaigns, and other communication requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with field/division-level teams and follow up on content requirements and deliverables.
- Support the content team in tracking current events,



updates, campaigns, and relevant developments across divisions.
- Ensure timely submission and consolidation of content received from different teams.
- Coordinate with design, social media, and other project teams for smooth content execution.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of content, approvals, and communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 1 year of experience in content management, content writing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-review skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience working on government, railway, public-sector, or institutional communication projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
