Our in-house team of expert health economists and systematic /n reviewers deliver high-quality work within the stipulated timelines. /n About the role /n This role will be responsible for growing and strengthening our Evidence Synthesis function, overseeing the delivery of high-quality systematic literature reviews and related HEOR projects.

The position combines scientific expertise, project and team management, client engagement, and business development, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, quality, and building long-term client relationships. /n Key Responsibilities /n - Conduct and lead systematic, targeted, and structured literature reviews, ensuring /n methodological rigor, quality, and timely delivery. /n - Develop and review literature review protocols, database search strategies, and /n evidence synthesis methodologies. /n - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing evidence synthesis team, fostering a culture /n of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /n - Establish and uphold quality standards, best practices, and efficient delivery /n processes. /n /n

- Provide scientific and methodological leadership across evidence synthesis projects.

- Oversee project execution, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk

/n /n management. /n - Conduct and oversee quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scientific /n rigor of deliverables.



/n - Guide the synthesis and interpretation of evidence to support HEOR, pricing, market /n access, HTA, and strategic decision-making. /n - Lead requests for proposals (RFPs), support business development initiatives, and /n identify opportunities for growth. /n - Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on evidence /n synthesis engagements. /n - Oversee the development of reports, slide decks, HTA submissions, publications, and /n other scientific communications. /n - Contribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and /n the adoption of innovative methodologies and best practices. /n - Stay current with emerging trends, regulatory developments, and advancements in /n HEOR and evidence synthesis. /n Qualifications /n - We are seeking a Mid-senior level professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience /n in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), evidence synthesis, or /n related consulting environments. /n - Extensive hands-on experience in conducting and leading systematic, targeted, and /n structured literature reviews. /n - Demonstrated experience supporting and developing Health Technology Assessment /n (HTA) submissions. /n - Strong knowledge of evidence synthesis methodologies, including meta-analysis and /n indirect treatment comparisons (ITC/NMA). /n - Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, complex projects, and client /n engagements. /n - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder /n management skills. /n /n
