Develop good understanding of the Business and liaise with business on resource allocation.

Attend weekly staffing calls to understand onshore pipeline and pitch for KGS resources.

Check availability for the group and coordinate with other schedulers.

Provide regular updates to immediate supervisors/clients/leads.

May provide support to more than one service line/ network.

Train/ Mentor current joiner in the team.
Technical RM Tools, RM Data Management and Reporting
•
Develop proficiency in RM tool to perform skill searches, process team requests, update schedules, reconcile booking requests, as well as processing LOAs, terminations.
•
Prepare advance level daily project reports to provide business insights.
•
Manage risk and resourcing conflicts.
Utilization Support/Client Service Interaction
•
Tracks resource availability.
•
Tracks resume and skills entry, communications exceptions and encourages compliance.
