Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Shillong. The Consultant will support client engagements by performing research, data analysis, and diagnostics to identify challenges and opportunities across business functions.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, assisting in the design and implementation of solutions, and contributing to project planning and documentation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining high standards of client service, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The Consultant will also monitor industry trends, support business development activities, and adhere to firm methodologies and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data interpretation, business analysis, and structured thinking.
- Proficiency in preparing clear reports, presentations, and documentation,



with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings, manage multiple priorities, and work with clients in a qualified, client-centric manner.
- Comfort with digital tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to data visualization or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Prior internship or work experience in consulting, professional services, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Shillong and travel for client engagements as required.
