We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor and Building Maintenance Engineer to manage construction, repair, renovation, and building-maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

- Supervise civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other site works.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and material usage.
- Read drawings and ensure work follows approved specifications.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of building systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, pumps, lifts, and fire-fighting equipment.
- Attend to maintenance complaints, faults, leakages, and emergencies.
- Manage AMC contractors and verify service reports, measurements, and invoices.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, material requests, maintenance schedules, and daily reports.
- Maintain safety procedures, site records, inspection reports, and asset registers.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in Civil,



Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management.
- 3–8 years of relevant construction or building-maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of civil works and MEP systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare basic estimates and reports.
- Experience in contractor, vendor, and AMC management.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD or facility-management software is an advantage.
- Robust communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and attend emergencies when required.

Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, data centers, offices, hotels, hospitals, or infrastructure projects will be preferred. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
