Role - Construction Manager

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall site execution for residential/commercial projects
- Ensure construction progress as per master schedule
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Handle project planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Review drawings, execution methodologies, and constructability
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution bottlenecks
- Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance
- Track milestones and escalate delays/issues
- Manage internal stakeholder coordination (projects, procurement, commercial, design, CRM)

Typical Skills Required

- Solid project execution and site management
- High-rise residential construction experience
- Vendor and contractor management
- Planning tools (MSP/Primavera)
- AutoCAD and project reporting
- Knowledge of Mumbai real estate regulations
- Leadership and team handling

Preferred Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech Civil
- MBA/APM/NICMAR preferred for senior roles
