Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Construction

Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, including planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules, monitoring costs, enforcing construction safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. The role involves leading site teams and contractors, resolving operational issues, reporting progress to senior leadership,



and collaborating with design, procurement, and real estate professionals.

The Construction

Manager will also support risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement of construction processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, track progress, and keep projects aligned with timelines and financial targets.
- Candidates should possess Construction and Construction Safety skills to interpret drawings, oversee on-site work, and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in managing residential or commercial real estate projects, preferably in the Indian market.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office; familiarity with construction scheduling software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office full-time in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
