We are looking for a Computer Operator cum Telecaller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Make calls to clients and provide required information.
- Maintain records and update data on the computer.
- Handle basic computer operations, MS Office, Google Sheets and internet.
- Manage WhatsApp communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and team members.
- Maintain daily call and data reports.

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and the Internet.
- Hindi/Punjabi speaking preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Responsible, polite and confident attitude.
