Job Title: Computer Hardware Technician – Field Job -Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Hardware Technician for field service work. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, and basic networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, and other IT peripherals.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, software, and computer peripherals.
- Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, RAM/SSD/HDD installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/network connectivity and related issues.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers.
- Maintain service reports and update job status after every visit.
- Coordinate with the office/team for spare parts and technical requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of customer equipment.




- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, IP configuration, and peripherals.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations for field service.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Experience 0–2 years of experience in computer hardware, IT support, field service, or technical support.
