JD: Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization.

Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Risk Assessment: Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating potential risks.

Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.

Reporting:



Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation, providing insights to management and regulatory bodies as needed.

Incident Management: Investigate compliance-related incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance integration into business processes and decision-making.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changes in relevant regulations and compliance trends, advising the organization on necessary updates or changes.
