Role Description The Compliance Executive – Gold Loan is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for monitoring Gold Loan processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and partner bank guidelines. Daily tasks include reviewing documentation, verifying customer information, checking loan files for accuracy, and maintaining compliance records.

The role involves coordinating with operations, sales teams, and banking partners to resolve discrepancies, manage audits, and implement corrective actions.

Executive also assists in updating procedures,



training team members on compliance standards, and reporting potential risks or non-compliance issues to management.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of banking or NBFC operations, particularly in Gold Loan products, regulatory norms, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to review and verify customer documentation, loan files, and transactional records with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skills in process monitoring, internal control checks, and audit coordination, including maintaining transparent and organized compliance documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external banking partners, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, loan management systems, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, law, or a related field; relevant experience in compliance or operations within financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and uphold high ethical and confidentiality standards.
