Starting with tribal communities in Adilabad district, the foundation now runs pioneering initiatives in Education, Health, Livelihoods, Agriculture, and Natural Resource Management. Community members are actively involved in planning and executing projects to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.

The organization operates across 14 districts in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, reaching more than 5,000 farmers and 6,000 students annually. Around 75 field workers and volunteers work in project-based teams, reporting regularly to cluster and head office leadership.

Role Description The Compliance and Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and donor compliance requirements across all projects and locations, including documentation, reporting, and timely submissions to relevant authorities and partners. The individual will design and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and monitoring mechanisms, and conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

On the business development side, the Manager will identify funding opportunities, build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, and prepare proposals, concept notes, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and leadership,



tracking project performance indicators, supporting strategic planning, and generating insights to strengthen programs and expand the foundation’s impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong compliance, regulatory, and risk management skills, including understanding of NGO governance, statutory requirements, and grant conditions.
- Candidates should possess business development and fundraising skills, such as opportunity identification, proposal writing, donor engagement, and partnership management.
- Candidates should possess project management and coordination skills, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with field and head office teams.
- Candidates should possess analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation, stakeholder negotiation, and the ability to work with diverse communities and teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Public Policy, Law, or related fields would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in the nonprofit or development sector, especially in compliance, grants management, or business development, would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel to project locations when required, and demonstrate commitment to social impact and community development.
