Role Purpose The Compensation & Benefits Specialist supports :
- Execution and administration of compensation and benefits programs in alignment with internal policies, market benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
- On ensuring accurate implementation, data integrity and timely support for compensation and benefits processes while partnering with relevant stakeholders.
- Strategic & execution, requiring deep expertise in compensation design, benefits governance, policy formulation, analytics and stakeholder influence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Compensation
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, corrections and incentive payouts
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking using internal frameworks and external compensation surveys
- Design, implement and maintain salary ranges and compa-ratio frameworks
- Analyze internal pay positioning to identify gaps, risks and required corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compensation analyses, insights and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with business strategy
- Own operational execution within HRIS, including data updates, validations, reporting and audit readiness
Benefits
- Manage end-to-end benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, statutory and voluntary benefits
- Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to improve employee experience and retention, while effectively managing costs
- Manage benefits vendors, including selection, renewals, recent contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Track benefits utilization, coverage and effectiveness to support continuous improvement
- Drive benefits communication and employee awareness initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Must have 4–8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Hands on experience in compensation benchmarking, salary structures and market analysis
- Strong experience in data-driven compensation decision-making
- Working knowledge of benefits administration and vendor management
- Experience within mid-to-large organizations, preferably multinational or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and complex stakeholder groups
