We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Community Executive to build, engage, and manage our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with community members, organizing engaging activities and events, handling communication, and ensuring a positive and active community experience.

The role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, coordination abilities, and a genuine interest in interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day community engagement and communication across relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase community participation and engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline community events, meetups, workshops, and activities.
- Create and publish engaging content for community channels, including social media, newsletters, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, and other platforms.
- Respond to community queries, feedback,



and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage meaningful discussions and interactions within the community.
- Identify community needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and other internal teams on community initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, speakers, influencers, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
- Track community engagement metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Collect member feedback and share actionable insights with the relevant teams.
- Help develop campaigns and activities that improve member retention, participation, and satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful community setting.
- Stay updated on emerging community-building practices, social media trends, and engagement strategies.

Pay: ₹18,022.57 - ₹20,604.56 per month
