Commission Sales Agent

We are looking for a high energy, motivated and capable Commission Sales Agent to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable and confident in sales, and is willing to work consistently towards realizing sales.

The primary responsibility of the role is to contact and follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into customers. Lead generation is not part of this role. The company will provide the leads, and the Sales Agent will be responsible for contacting them, explaining the product, answering questions, following up, and closing sales. The role requires handling both B2B and B2C enquiries.

The product is an ancillary product used in the construction industry. Product and sales training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Contact leads provided by the company through telephone calls.
- Explain the product, its features, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and work towards closing sales.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email as required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep customer information updated.
- Attend the mandatory In-Person Monthly Sales Review Meeting held at our Office.
- Complete a 5-day in-person training programme at our office before taking up the role independently.

Skills and Requirements




- Robust interest and ability in sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English is required.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for calls, WhatsApp, email, and other work-related communication, generate estimations and work on Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Willingness to follow up regularly and work towards sales results.
- Enthusiastic, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role.
- General knowledge of construction and/or landscaping will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Support
- Fixed pay: ₹9,000 per month, guaranteed.
- Additional sales commissions based on sales achieved.
- A phone with a SIM card will be provided for work-related communication.
- 3 days of in-person training will be provided.
