We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis Chef – South Indian to join our Food Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing authentic South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Handle food preparation, cooking and presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and portion control.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain effective use of ingredients.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
- Knowledge of South Indian cooking methods and ingredients.
- Hotel/resort or restaurant experience will be an advantage.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
