What Is Empanelment With Vidvara?

Empanelment is an invitation to be listed on Vidvara's official trainer roster - a curated, multi-domain panel of subject-matter experts that Vidvara calls upon for institutional, governmental, and corporate training mandates across India.

You are not an employee. You remain independent, set your base engagement rate at the time of empanelment, and choose whether to accept each assignment. Vidvara brings you the opportunity, the client context, and the credibility of an institutional backing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, managing classrooms, and supporting diverse learner needs.




- Candidates should possess Intercultural Communication skills to work effectively with learners from varied cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Relevant qualifications may include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Education, or a related field, and prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or skill development. Advanced training or certifications in teaching or facilitation and a Postgraduate degree are an advantage.

- Based in or willing to travel within India. Odisha-based trainers are of particular interest as we deepen our regional presence.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and interest in integrating technology into training sessions.
- Additional beneficial skills include classroom management, basic instructional design, familiarity with digital learning tools, strong presentation skills, and the ability to use data from assessments to improve training outcomes.

- Human capability: Communication, leadership, resilience, collaboration, judgement, and relationship management.

- Digital and AI fluency: Practical technology skills introduced according to the audience's actual context.

The Empanelment Process

- Step 1. Submit your profile and clearly state your domain or domains of expertise.

- Step 2. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a brief capability conversation.

- Step 3. Selected trainers are onboarded with mutually agreed terms and added to the panel.

- Step 4. You are contacted when a mandate matches your profile.
