Key Responsibilities
* Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain mise en place and kitchen cleanliness
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist senior chefs in preparing dishes
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during service
Requirements
* Freshers are welcome to apply
- Hotel Management / Culinary / Food Production qualification preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- Passion for cooking and hospitality
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
