KOORU CAFE – COMMI 2

Position: Commis 2 – Kitchen

Location: Mysore

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Follow kitchen SOPs, FIFO, and food safety practices.
- Support senior chefs during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience as Commis 2 or in a similar role.
- Hotel management/hospitality background preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Valuable teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
