### ? Position: Business Development Executive

### ? Eligibility:

✅ Minimum 12th Pass

✅ Previous experience in Commercial Real Estate is mandatory

✅ Strong communication and networking skills

✅ Ability to generate and manage business leads

✅ Experience in client acquisition and business development

✅ Knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR commercial real estate market will be preferred

### ? Key Responsibilities:

? Generate quality leads for commercial real estate opportunities

? Identify companies looking for office spaces, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial properties

? Build and maintain relationships with potential clients





? Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

? Coordinate with clients and the Realty Booth team to convert leads into business
