We are looking for a Commercial Assistant who will act as a helping hand to our Commercial Assistant Manager in her day to day work, preparing and maintaining documents, preparing reports and assisting in other works.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- providing support to commercial bankers
- providing customer service to commercial banking customers
- monitoring and maintenance of reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualification: · Minimum Graduation with B.Com Degree or Logistics.
