Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team responsible for debt recovery, focusing on personal loans, unsecured loans, and NPA (Non-Performing Assets).

- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve collection rates.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan repayment plans.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the collections process.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in the banking industry.

- Solid knowledge of bl (business lending) products such as personal loans, unsecured loans, and debt recovery processes.

- Proven track record of improving collection rates through innovative strategies and process improvements.
