Job Purpose:

Maximize resolution, reduce inventory, improve performance

Execute collection strategies

Ensure process adherence

Liaise with other functions

Job Responsibilities:

Manage monthly resolution, recovery, rollback targets

Monitor agency performance, field follow-up

Achieve money collection targets

Conduct yard visits, report discrepancies

Ensure timely allocation, field follow-up

Address disputes, highlight sensitive accounts

Optimize agency resource use

Ensure call recordings, field visit updates

Track, improve collection efficiency

Plan workflow, action interventions

Adhere to all bank processes

Manage cash deposit, receipt management

Handle escalations, settlement process

Ensure repo process guidelines





Conduct monthly training programs

Process vendor bills promptly

Ensure 100% system, receipt mobility use

Ensure nil cash TAT delay

Identify, drive digital payment contribution

Provide portfolio feedback to stakeholders

Highlight business environment issues

Monitor non-starters

Maximize digital payments, educate customers

Manage field, referral vendors

Ensure vendor compliance, performance

Meet yard inventory, sale targets

Build healthy working relationships

Share best practices

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
