- Trace and locate customers with overdue payments using available databases and research tools.

- Verify and update customer contact details and address information.

- Conduct follow-ups to obtain updated information for collection purposes.

- Coordinate with collection and field teams by sharing verified customer details.

- Maintain accurate records of tracing activities and customer information.

- Ensure timely data updates while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
