- TEAM LEADER Vacancies Available: 5 Experience Required: 1 to 6 years of experience in the Collection Department Qualification: Any Graduate Skills Required: Positive communication, team handling, leadership, negotiation, and customer-handling skills Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Incentives, depending on previous package and experience Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply Location: Nagpur Preference: DRA-certified candidates will be preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assign collection allocations to team members, including Field Agents and Tele-calling Agents, based on their expertise and workload. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, including collection rates, call volumes, and customer handling. Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members on negotiation and customer-handling techniques. Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement. Address team conflicts and employee concerns promptly and effectively.



Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze account data to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts. Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries related to debt collection. Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers to support timely recovery. Educate customers about their payment obligations and the consequences of non-payment. Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor team activities to ensure ethical collection practices and process compliance. Prepare regular reports on team performance, collection metrics, outstanding amounts, and customer feedback. Present performance updates, observations, and recommendations to senior management.
