Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective strategies for bucket handling, soft bucket management, and delinquency management.

- Analyze NPA (Non-Performing Assets) portfolios to identify potential risks and develop plans for recovery.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and improve overall collections performance.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of collection operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in collection management or related field (loan collection, debt collection).

- Solid understanding of bucket management principles and practices.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively over phone calls.
