Job Purpose:

Collect overdue amounts or close SME customer relationships

Coordinate legal actions for settlement or recovery

Engage EEG Pre NPA customers for regularization

Handle high-value, consortium, insolvency cases (Senior Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage NPA account portfolio

Follow-up with customers for recovery

Scrutinize documents for recovery strategies

Negotiate settlements with defaulters

Coordinate legal team for case filing

Assist legal team in court hearings

Manage customer complaints

Conduct SARFAESI process as Authorized Officer

Update seniors via Label Credit Review

Provide recovery data to internal/external teams

Meet delinquent customers for repayment

Provide feedback on defaulting segments

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Any stream

Key Skills:

Work under adverse environments

Knowledge of SARFAESI, Sec 138, recovery regulations

Knowledge of MS Office, Excel

Perseverance

Experience Required:

Minimum: 5-7 years (Banking/non-Banking)

Exposure to banking recovery a must

Senior Manager:



10-12 years hands-on recovery

Understanding of RBI circulars/regulations

Major Stakeholders:

Relationship Managers/Unit Heads/Territory Heads

Area/Regional Credit Manager

Operations Team

Advocates & Law Firms

Administration Department

Valuers

Security Agencies
