SSC / HSC / Graduate
Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience is mandatory
Excellent English communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace
Job Role
- Handle soft collections for leading gyms, health and fitness chains.
- Interact with international customers regarding pending payments.
- Assist customers with payment-related queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality and collection targets.
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: Up to 38,000 in hand, depending on last drawn salary
- Lucrative incentives: Up to 20,000 based on performance
