SamMELAnam Private Limited is being built around PEOPLE, ART and OPPORTUNITY.

We are building a platform for every form of art — a place where artists across India can find opportunities to perform, learn, collaborate, train, showcase their talent and build meaningful careers.

We curate events, workshops, training programs, artist showcases, live experiences and community-driven initiatives across different forms of art.

Our larger vision is to build SamMELAnam Private Limited into a powerful artist ecosystem from India — connecting artists, audiences, mentors, venues, brands and opportunities on one platform.

And for this journey, we are looking for a CO-FOUNDER.

Not an employee with a bigger designation.

Not someone looking for a fancy title on LinkedIn.

We are looking for someone who wants to BUILD.

Being a Co-Founder means carrying the weight of the company even when nobody is watching.

It means standing beside the vision when things are going well, and standing even stronger when things are not.

It means taking responsibility for decisions, people, artists, partnerships, reputation, growth and the future of the organisation.

This position carries enormous responsibility.

You will not simply join SamMELAnam Private Limited.

You will help shape what SamMELAnam Private Limited becomes.

You will work closely on artist community building, events, workshops, training programs, partnerships, operations, marketing,



business development, revenue models, technology, team building and expansion across India.

There will be difficult days.

There will be rejections.

There will be uncertainty.

There will be situations where there is no ready-made answer and we will have to create one.

That is the reality of building something from the ground up.

We are not searching for the person with the highest percentage.

We are not impressed simply because someone has a prestigious degree, PG qualification or a long list of certificates.

Education has value.

But a degree cannot guarantee character.

A 90 plus percentage cannot guarantee responsibility.

A outstanding resume cannot guarantee loyalty, courage or ownership.

What matters to us is:

Credibility.

Accountability.

Integrity.

Commitment.

Genuineness.

Ownership.

Consistency.

Trust.

We want someone whose word has value.

Someone who accepts responsibility instead of searching for excuses.

Someone who protects the company's credibility.

Someone who treats artists, partners, employees and communities with respect.

Someone who can make difficult decisions while keeping integrity intact.

Someone who can think beyond today.





Someone who can remain committed when the excitement of the beginning is over and the real work starts.

Because building an artist community is not just about conducting events.

It is about creating opportunities that could change someone's journey.

A stage given to the right artist can create confidence.

The right training can create a career.

The right connection can create an opportunity.

The right community can make an artist believe that they belong.

That is the responsibility we carry.

And our Co-Founder must believe in that responsibility as deeply as we do.

This is not a 9-to-5 opportunity.

This is not a comfortable corporate position.

This is a Founder-level responsibility.

We need someone who can think like an owner, execute like a builder and lead with integrity.

Someone who can eventually say:
