Co-Founder Required – Modeling Agency

We are looking for a confident, presentable and ambitious Model who wants to join us as a Co-Founder and grow a modeling agency together.

Requirements

- Must be a Model and comfortable working on modeling projects
- Strong interest in modeling, fashion & entertainment
- Excellent communication and speaking skills
- Completely presentable, confident and professional
- Comfortable interacting with clients, brands and other models
- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Valuable networking and people skills
- Ready to actively participate in the business

Role In the beginning, the Co-Founder will personally work on modeling and brand projects and help us get the business started. As the agency grows, we will focus on building a strong team of models and performers, bringing more projects, developing client relationships and expanding the agency.

The Co-Founder will gradually be involved in:





- Modeling & brand projects
- Model & talent management
- Client and brand communication
- Networking & collaborations
- Marketing and business development
- Building and managing the team
- Growing the agency together

We are now looking for the right Model to join us as a Co-Founder, contribute from the beginning, work on projects personally, and later help us build a larger professional team. No upfront investment is required to apply.

The partnership structure, responsibilities, investment (if required), and profit-sharing will be discussed mutually based on the Co-Founder’s role and contribution.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
