Role Description:

This is a full-time, role based in Bangalore for a Co-Founder & Business Head for East India, Bangaladesh, Nepal & Buthan with Investment. The incumbent will lead business strategy, drive sales,



and spearhead marketing initiatives while engaging with potential Brands and Organized Alternate Trade. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analysing trends, planning and implementing business growth strategies, and fostering key relationships to ensure the company's success.

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills necessary for stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of critical business functions
- Experience in Organized Alternate Trade like Up-to-date Trade, Quick Commerce etc., business development is a must
- Professional qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent experience in business management are highly desirable
