That’s the problem we’re exploring with Farmer’s Land.
We’re building an agriculture platform focused on creating a better connection between farmers and consumers — starting small, testing the model in the real world, and building only after we know what works.
And I’m looking for 2 co-founders to build this with me.
Who we’re looking for
1. Farmer & Supply Partnerships
Someone who can
- Build relationships with farmers
- Understand their needs and challenges
- Coordinate sourcing and availability
- Help establish a reliable farmer network
- Be comfortable speaking with people on the ground
2. Operations & Logistics
Someone who can
- Help manage sourcing and fulfilment
- Coordinate packaging and delivery
- Think through operational challenges
- Help design a reliable delivery process
- Be comfortable taking ownership and solving problems
How we’re starting
We're not building a huge platform first.
We'll
Collaborate → Experiment → Validate → Build → Promote → Scale The first goal is straightforward:
Get a real farmer.
Get a real customer.
Complete a real transaction.
Learn from it.
If the model works, we'll build around it.
Who should apply?
Not someone looking for a title.
