Role & responsibilities

Maintenance & Breakdown Management

- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for CNC machines and production equipment.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Diagnose CNC machine breakdowns and coordinate timely rectification.
- Monitor recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Maintain machine breakdown history, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts, consumables, and maintenance tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong expertise in CNC machine troubleshooting, diagnostics, and breakdown rectification.




- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under breakdown and emergency situations.
- Valuable planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution skills.
- Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to independently handle critical CNC machine service and breakdown issues.
