Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + 3.5 Hours OT as per company policy
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Set and operate machines as per given drawings and work instructions.
- Check dimensions and quality of components during production.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Follow safety rules, PPE requirements and company procedures.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
- Report machine, quality or production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow 5S and maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.
Requirements
- CNC machine operating experience will be preferred.
- Fresher candidates with suitable technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of measuring instruments and production work.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Valuable discipline, attendance and willingness to learn.
