Boring Machine Operator (Rover GGD-1232 CNC Boring Machine)

Job Summary

Yoosha Ergonomics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Boring Machine Operator to operate and maintain the Rover GGD-1232 CNC Boring Machine for furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC machine operation, panel processing, woodworking machinery, furniture manufacturing, modular furniture production, machine setup, quality inspection, and technical drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain the Rover GGD-1232 CNC Boring Machine.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and machine adjustments.
- Read and interpret production drawings and CNC programs.
- Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Load and unload furniture panels and materials safely.
- Carry out routine maintenance and machine cleaning.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report breakdowns.
- Follow production schedules, quality standards,



and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, CNC Machining, Woodworking, or related field.
- Experience in CNC Boring Machine Operation, Furniture Manufacturing, Panel Processing, Modular Furniture, Woodworking, CNC Routing, CNC Drilling, or Machine Operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and machine troubleshooting.
- Experience with Rover, Biesse, Homag, SCM, Weeke, Holz-Her, or similar CNC machines is an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant machine operation experience may be considered even if they do not possess the specified educational qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
