CMA (USA) Faculty – Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures for CMA (USA) Part 1 and Part 2 curriculum.
- Explain accounting, financial management, planning, performance, analytics, and strategic finance concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, question banks, and practice tests aligned with the CMA exam syllabus.
- Provide exam-oriented guidance, including question-solving techniques, time management, and revision strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock exams, quizzes, and performance reviews to monitor student progress.
- Analyze students’ strengths and improvement areas and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Support students with doubts, queries, and individual academic guidance.
- Incorporate practical examples, case studies, and real-world business scenarios into classroom teaching.
- Stay updated with IMA/CMA (USA) syllabus changes,
exam structure, learning outcomes, and professional developments.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, student performance, and course completion.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve course delivery and student outcomes.
- Participate in orientation sessions, workshops, webinars, seminars, and other academic activities.
- Motivate and mentor students throughout their CMA preparation journey.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CMA study resources and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a professional, interactive, and student-focused learning workplace.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in CMA (USA) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
