- Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for secured as well unsecured products with the best productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall operations by improving the team's competence levels
- To interact closely with other functions such as sales / Operations/ Collections / Policy/ etc in ensuring smooth day to day functioning at Location.
- Maintain the Database and making reports for Monthly cases.
- Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective Branch
- Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Institution.
