Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC/VMC Programming.
Responsibilities & Scope:
- Create CNC/VMC programs for machining SS, MS, Aluminium and Brass Components.
- Expertise in CAM softwares like MASTERCAM or related software.
- Develop machining strategies to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and CAD models.
- Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Perform machine setup and prove-out of recent programs.
- Optimize cycle times and improve machining efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain program documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
